They were helpful in advising the layout of the 2 rooms and baths that were finished right down to suggesting recessed lighting arrangements. Top Notch was highly professional and managed the project with excellence - the best contractor we've come across. We worked with three different contractors on three different renovation projects in our older home in Ginter Park. Top Notch Contracting completed our third project and we were very satisfied—with the quality of work and the price we paid. Whit was always on top of the things. I've called a number of contractors for various projects and getting a return call was nearly impossible. Whit was extremely responsive from the beginning. He communicated on a regular basis his status on wrapping up the previous job and when he thought he would get to us. Once on the job he and his crew were very professional. They finished in a timely manner and did a great job cleaning up. Whit also was very responsive when I called after the job was done and paid for. I had an issue with the gate on our fence and he was there to fix it literally the same day. That to me shows the true character of a person.
I don't consider myself to be too demanding, show up when you say will, do the job you say you will, and back up your work until the customer is satisfied. Whit and Top Notch exemplified all of this. I have no reservations recommending Whit and Top Notch to any of my friends.
